We are looking for a high-performing Team Lead- Sales  to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities :

  • To work with and ensure that the Sales team is diligently providing quality Sales and Support to customers via different mediums such as Phone, Chat and Email.
  • Ensure that all pending queries are resolved and are updated in time.
  • Designing strategies for sales improvement and business growth
  • Creative ideas and must keep updated with new marketing and sales strategies
  • Knowledge and understanding about target market
  • Ensure that Targets of Self and Team are met in timely manner.
  • Monthly and weekly reporting to higher management.
  • Resolve any queries and concerns of Team Members.
  • Provide training to new Team members and update all team members on new developments, notices etc.

Professional Qualifications and Skills :

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Salary : Rs 50,000 – Rs 85,000/Month 

Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
